Frozen Mint Drinking Chocolate
makes 1 serving
- 2 cups ice
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 packet of nib mor Organic Hot Cocoa packet
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 nib mor Organic Dark Snacking Chocolate square
- Whipped cream
- In a blender, mix ice, milk, cocoa, and vanilla extract.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and shaved nib mor Organic Dark Chocolate snack-size.
- Melt nib mor Daily Dose bar in a glass bowl in the microwave.
- Top frozen hot chocolate with whipped cream and drizzle of melted chocolate.
