Makes 2 smoothies:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 cups coconut milk or oat milk
- 1 packet of nib mor Organic Traditional Hot Cocoa
- 1-2 spoonfuls of peanut butter
- 2 nib mor Organic Dark Chocolate snacking squares
Coconut whipped cream (optional):
- 1 can full fat coconut cream
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- In a blender add milk, frozen bananas, peanut butter and 1 packet of Nibmor Organic Traditional Hot Cocoa
- Blend until smooth
- Pour in a glass, and top with whipped cream, slices of banana and chopped Nibmor Organic Dark Chocolate snacking squares
- Chill the coconut cream can overnight in the refrigerator.
- Remove liquid from the coconut cream can. Use only the thick part.
- Using and electric mixer, whisk the cream and maple syrup for a couple of minutes until airy.
