We love our berries and cherries!   The season is here to celebrate.  Bring this easy, decadent fruitful dessert to your next gathering and Nibble Mor!!

Flourless Pizza “dough”

3 cups powdered sugar

3 packets Traditional NibMor organic drinkable chocolate

1/2 tsp salt

3 large egg whites

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips


Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Mix together powdered sugar, salt and NibMor drinkable chocolate. Stir in egg whites and vanilla only until batter is moistened. Stir in chocolate chips.

Spread batter onto parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes until top is slightly cracked. The middle will be slightly underdone.

Let cool.


Gluten free, low sugar creme cheese frosting

8 oz cream cheese

1/3 cup heavy cream

4 Tbsp. powdered erythritol

1 packet stevia

1 tsp. vanilla extract


Whip cream cheese in bowl, 20 seconds.

Add Erythritol until combined.

Add heavy cream in small doses so it doesn’t splash. Beat until it starts to thicken. 

Add stevia and vanilla and mix in.



Make the brownie-like “dough”.

Make the frosting.

Spread creme cheese frosting on top of pizza dough.

Top with sliced, fresh cherries and blueberries.

Chill until ready to serve
