Raspberry Chocolate Chia Pudding

This Valentine's Day, why not indulge in something delicious and healthy? How about trying this chia pudding, a super food all on its own, made with Nibmor's gluten-free and organic traditional drinking chocolate powder, topped with Nibmor's organic blueberry chocolate bites!

Ingredients Needed:

1/4 of Nibmor Traditional Drinking Chocolate packet (approx. 7.5 grams)

1/2 cup chia seeds

1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup

1 cup almond milk (sweetened or unsweetened, depending on preferences)

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Handful of raspberries and puree to mix in

Nibmor blueberry chocolate bites (optional, for topping)

Cut strawberries (optional, for topping)

Whipped cream (optional, for topping)



Pour 1/2 cup of chia seeds into a bowl, as well as 1 cup of almond milk or milk of your liking.

Stir and mix to avoid chia seeds from clumping together.

Add in about a quarter or more (7.5g and up) of the Nibmor traditional drinking chocolate powder to create chocolate chia mix.

Add in the vanilla extract, and the honey or maple syrup.

Mix and stir the mix thoroughly!

Now with your raspberries, put them into a food processor to create a puree and add it in the mix.

Mix and stir bowl.

Place a plastic wrap over the bowl and place the mix in the fridge for 4-5 hours or overnight (preferably).

Now add in your preferred toppings, and you're ready to indulge!
