Vegan Chocolate Banana Pancakes

Pancake Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup soy milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Topping Ingredients (by preference):
NibMor Organic Original Daily Dose chocolates (cut/broken into chunks)
1-3 tbsp hazelnut butter
Coconut flakes
1 whole banana sliced
Directions:
Set a stove element with a pan to medium heat.
Combine the 4 dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt) in a bowl.
Add the soy milk and vegetable oil to the mixture.
Mix until smooth (using a whisk is best).
Now that the pan is heated, spoon mixture onto the pan.
Flip when you see bubbles in the middle of the pancake.
Repeat until the batter is gone.
Top with toppings to your liking!
