Vegan Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups black beans (1 15-oz can, drained and rinsed)

2 tbsp cocoa powder or NibMor Original Drinking Chocolate powder

½ cup quick oats

¼ tsp salt

1/3 cup maple syrup or agave

2 tbsp sugar

¼ cup coconut oil

2 tsp pure vanilla extract

½ tsp baking powder

2/3 cup NibMor chocolate chunks
  
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Combine all ingredients except NibMor chocolate chunks in food processor and blend until completely smooth
  3. Stir in NibMor chocolate chunks
  4. Pour mixture into a greased 8x8 baking pan
  5. Bake 15-17 minutes
  6. Let cool 10 minutes before serving
