Nibmor Recipes 3-Way (With Blog Guest Real Nutrition)

Anyone who knows me knows that I really only need two things to exist and truly be happy. The first is my family and the second is simply….chocolate (not necessarily in that order…kidding…kind of). I absolutely love chocolate plain and simple, and in my opinion, the darker the better. 

As a dietitian, I’m partial to clean ingredients. NibMor satisfies everything on the check list when it comes to what I look for in my “daily dose” of chocolate. Not only are they delicious, but they are pre-portioned to the perfect size. The Extreme Daily Dose of Dark is my favorite snack to have on deck when I need that little pick me up in the middle of a long work day or even after dinner for a guiltless dessert. For clients, I always recommend that they take a few packages for travel and have a stash in their bag or office drawer for, you know, those  “just in case” moments. I even recommend having two since it’s 80% organic cacao and let’s be real…they don’t call it NibMOR(E) for no reason. 

On the wellness front, these chocolate bars are antioxidant and superfood powerhouses so there’s no need to feel guilty after enjoying, instead you should feel empowered! On the nerdy science front, research shows cacao helps fight disease while boosting heart and brain health. So enjoy, in moderation and feel good about eating chocolate! 

If eating dark chocolate on its own isn’t your thing, here are three delicious and nutrient-packed recipes incorporating NibMor:

NibMor Chocolatey Chia Pudding:
1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
1 TBSP Nibmor Drinking Chocolate
3/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
Cinnamon (to taste)
1 Square of NibMor 80% chocolate

Mix chia seeds, nibmor drinking chocolate, unsweetened almond milk and cinnamon. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Before eating, break up a square of Nibmor 80% chocolate with nibs on top and enjoy!

NibMor Smoothie:

Mix the following in a blender:

8 - 10 oz unsweetened coconut milk

1 serving protein powder chocolate flavor

1 TBSP Nibmor drinking chocolate

1 TBSP chia seeds

1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

1/2 cup ice

1 - 2 TBSP chopped fresh mint

Add more liquid as needed to get the desired consistency. Pour into a glass and top with a crushed up Daily Dose chocolate with mint!

Nib S’mores:
1 Rice Cake
1 TBSP Almond Butter
Chia Seeds
Cinnamon
1 Square of NibMor Daily Dose

Top one rice cake with almond butter, sprinkle with chia seeds and cinnamon and top with 1 crushed up daily dose square!
